LDC REUNION

So if you remember, Phil and I met in a choir at the Orem Institute.

Because you get kicked out when you get married,

the choir has pretty high turnover.

Which Brother Eggett takes great pride (and credit) in. 

So we had a reunion for those who have been in the choir

for the last few years....

It was kinda nuts.

 But SO good to see old faces of our dear friends,

ones that played such a large role in my getting to know Phil.

This is just a small group from our year, but it was still fun!

And yes, there was singing involved.

And yes, we did manage to get out the door just before that part.

Unplanned, but pleased.

 We've got a soft spot in our hearts for Parker.

 About once a day we'll get a faint, irregular knock on our door,

and open to see his mischievous grin

and he walks right in and plops on the couch.

To be honest, Phil is his favorite.

Whenever he sees me, he calls me Phil.

They love to wrestle and tickle and eat snacks together. 

I think I've got good reason to believe

our sons will have plenty of fun with their dad.

Okay, fine! I'll write on my blog! It just has to happen.

I got stuck after Girl's Camp because:

1) SO many things are going on

2) SO many things are going on that I can't really write about

3) My laptop is pretty much fried, and Phil's computer doesn't have a memory card drive.

No pictures. YET.

BUT

I HAVE been doing things since July. We're not dead.

Hopefully I'll figure out some way to get pictures hooked up with this computer.

There. I did it. I broke the dry spell.
