MY NEW HOBBY

This was my Christmas present from Phil

I LOVE the sewing machine

but the table wasn't working very well for my projects

so I wanted to come up with another use for it

 so I took out the machine

 started sanding

 and started staining

(this was a frame I got from a yard sale a while ago)

and started getting excited 

but then it started raining while the stain was drying

No Bueno.

Then HAIL.  

 But I think they survived. 

Distressed a little bit.

And now it has a new home!

I just need a new handle and it's done!

APRIL FOOL'S DAY

Ugh...April Fool's. I'm trying to stay on my guard, but let me just say I HATE APRIL FOOL'S DAY.

The whole purpose and reason behind it just kills me.

I HATE PRANKS.

No, I'm not gullible. I think I'm pretty logical and can figure out what's true and what's sarcastic or just a lie.

But I just HATE pranks.

I'm so glad Phil isn't a prank guru.

They just don't make sense.

They don't make people happy.

They don't make life easier.

They don't make my house cleaner.

Just not a good idea.

I just don't get the point.
