USING THE GARDEN

So...I thought I made this up,
but then after I made them I kept finding other recipes
for pretty much the exact same thing... 

Zucchini/Carrot Cakes
Grated zucchini and carrots (squeeze out juice)
one egg, some breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
dash of red pepper flakes for some spice
Pan-fry in bacon grease (cuz I can) 
 Top with some more cheese and ranch.
YUM.
Then we have lasagna.
I use the recipe from Pioneer Woman.
 Just used tomatoes from the backyard.
Cuz I can.
